I’m usually careful about what snacks I bring along, since I don’t want anything too messy or questionable when we’re out. These were easy to hand out, the kids actually liked them, and everyone stayed happy, which made the whole trip feel a lot less stressful.

My kids had a good time in the art area and probably would’ve stayed longer if there had been a bit more to work with. The supplies were kind of limited, so they ran through the options quickly. That said, they still enjoyed themselves, and it was nice to see them doing something creative instead of asking for snacks every five minutes, although, to be fair, I also wanted snacks by then. Overall, cute little area, just could use more materials

I took my kids here and they had a great time. They bounced between the pretend grocery store, the building area, and climbing around like it was their own little world. Compared to some other kids’ places we’ve been to, this one kept them entertained for longer, which was a win for me. It did get crowded and loud after a while, but that’s kind of expected with a place like this. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars and we’d definitely go back...

We went on one of their special program days, it was just a really good time. My kids were totally into it and had an absolute blast. The staff seemed genuinely nice, the activities kept everyone busy, and the whole thing just felt easy in a way I really appreciated as a parent. I don’t know, it just had a great vibe. Took my kids here last weekend the staff were So nice. We got a little mixed up trying to find a couple areas, and someone came over and helped us right away like it was no big deal. They were really patient with my kids too, which I appreciated a lot. It just made the whole visit feel way less stressful. would definitely go back.

I was hoping there would be enough to keep my kids entertained, and thankfully there was. They had so many fun activities to choose from and stayed busy the whole afternoon, which was such a relief for me.

I went there with the kids sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, and the parking was such a relief. We found a spot right away and it was close to the entrance, which made the whole visit way less stressful with kids in tow.

The visit was fine, but the tickets felt way too expensive for how quick it ended up being. I know prices are high everywhere, but if you're only there for a short time, it just feels like it should cost less, you know?

We had a smooth experience overall, but I’d say this is definitely better suited for toddlers than teens. The younger kids really enjoyed it, while the older ones lost interest quickly.

We went on a really hot day, walking inside felt like such a relief. It wasn’t freezing cold or uncomfortable—just perfectly cool and cozy. The kids were running around happy, and we actually got to relax for a bit, which felt amazing. Such a great indoor spot when Phoenix is just too warm to deal with.

The kids really loved the trip. i think that was the best part for me too, just seeing how excited they were the whole time. It kind of reminded me of trips we took when I was younger, where even the small things felt like a big adventure. Anyway, we had a really nice time and the kids have already been talking about going again...

It felt like nothing was simple or properly set up, and we kept needing help when we shouldn’t have. The staff were helpful, sure, but whoever organized the place needs to do a better job

My 2 year old absolutely loved all the little play areas. There was so much for them to climb on and touch, that makes such a difference. I actually got to relax for a bit, which almost never happens. It felt safe, fun, and just easy, you know? Definitely a good spot for little ones.

The bathrooms were tidy, the floors looked great, and the play areas didn’t have that gross mystery grime you sometimes expect at kids’ places. I was surprised by the bathrooms at the Children’s Museum of Phoenix, in a good way. For a place with that many kids running around, I kind of expected it to be a little rough, but it was not that situation.

They were clean, had toilet paper and soap, and there wasn’t that weird gross bathroom smell that sometimes happens in busy family places. The stalls and sinks seemed taken care of, and there was enough room for me to manage with my kids without doing that awkward squeezing around thing.
It’s maybe not the most exciting thing to mention, but clean restrooms really did make the visit easier. Small detail, but it helped the day feel less stressful, so yeah, 5 stars from me
